These Terms of Use, along with policies and guidelines located throughout the ramtha.tv Web site (the "Site") identify what users of the ramtha.tv Web site ("Users") can expect from ramtha.tv Web site and what we ("JZK, Inc.") expect from Users. By accessing any areas of the ramtha.tv Web site, Users are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use and other policies and guidelines identified throughout the ramtha.tv Web site.

REGISTRATION AND PASSWORDS
Some Services or areas of the Site may require you to register. If you choose to register, you must submit a valid e-mail address and be at least [18] years of age.

User agrees to use the ramtha.tv Web site only for lawful purposes. User is prohibited from posting on or transmitting through the ramtha.tv Web site any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including but not limited to any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

If ramtha.tv is notified of any book, information, data, software, photographs, graphs, videos, typefaces, graphics, music, sounds, and other material on the ramtha.tv Web site's content provided by an author, review, article, or interview that is allegedly infringing, defamatory, damaging, illegal, or offensive, JZK Inc., may investigate the allegation and determine in its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of such content from the ramtha.tv Web site. JZK Inc. may disclose any of its content or electronic communication of any kind (i) to satisfy any law, regulation, or government request; (ii) if such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to operate the ramtha.tv Web site; or (iii) to protect the rights or property of JZK Inc. and its employees.

DOWNLOADABLE MEDIA TERMS OF USE
JZK, Inc. offers downloads of digitized versions of Ramtha's Teachings, JZ Knight's Presentations and other video and audio content (collectively, "Digital Content") and other services under certain terms and conditions as set forth in this Agreement. 1. License for use. Upon payment of your purchase fee, JZK, Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and license to retain a permanent copy of Purchased Digital Content and to view, use, and privately display the Purchased Digital Content for Non-Commercial, Private Use. You may exercise these rights on up to one laptop or desktop computer and one portable Recommended Device designated by Ramtha.tv. You may make a back-up copy of Purchased Digital Content on removable media (e.g. recordable DVD) or on an external hard drive in the same format as the original downloaded file to play on your Recommended Device. Any back-up copy of the Purchased Digital Content on a DVD will not be playable on a traditional DVD player, but only on a Recommended Device. 2. Recommended Devices As used in this Agreement, "Recommended Device" means any personal computer or portable media player meeting minimum system requirements that Ramtha.tv may establish from time to time or other device that Ramtha.tv may authorize from time to time. Ramtha.tv only supports Digital Content on Recommended Devices. 3. Downloading Digital Content a. Downloading and Risk of Loss. We encourage you to download Digital Content promptly after purchase. If you are unable to complete a download after having reviewed our online help resources, please contact Ramtha.tv customer service. You bear all risk of loss for completing the download of Digital Content after purchase once we have made such content available to you (in computer's Media Library or otherwise), and for any loss of Digital Content you have downloaded, including any loss due to a file corruption or a computer or hard drive crash. Purchased Digital Content will generally continue to be available in your Media Library for download to a Recommended Device but may become unavailable due to potential content provider licensing restrictions and for other reasons. Ramtha.tv will not be liable to you if content becomes unavailable for further download. Accordingly, we encourage you to make a back-up copy of Purchased Digital Content as referenced below. b. General Restrictions. You may not transfer, copy or display the Digital Content except as permitted in this Agreement. In addition, you may not: i. Sell, rent, lease, distribute, broadcast, sublicense or otherwise assign any right to the Digital Content to any third party; ii. Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Digital Content; iii. Attempt to disable, bypass, modify, defeat, or otherwise circumvent any of the digital rights management or other security related tools incorporated into the Digital Content; iv. Use the Digital Content for any commercial or illegal purpose. 4. Reservation Of Rights. Except for the rights explicitly granted to you in this Agreement, all right, title and interest in the Service and Digital Content are reserved and retained by JZK, Inc. and its licensors. JZK, Inc. and its licensors do not transfer any right, title or interest in the Digital Content to you. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the Digital Content as a result of downloading Digital Content. 5. All Are Sales Final. All sales of Digital Content are final when you click the "Buy Now" button.
